Does anyone on here have the Enlighten App/Feature working on their vehicle?
If so how did you set it up?

well you just found the source of my issue. i do not reside in any of those cities.
i was hoping since the oem audi version works here this would as well.

Yeah, so the idea is predicated in municipalities opening their data networks, looks like something most cities don't want to do.

i believe the greater issue is that there is no standard in programming so each city is coded differently despite having the same systems. another issue is updating the infrastructure by installing newer traffic signals or retrofitting communication systems. either way probably something we are a few years away from.

Audi has it and according to some it works very well but not enabled in my area and neither in the BMW. Have they expanded this to other cities yet or a way to make it work in iDrive6?

I believe so and should be listed in your BMW apps if available in your region. Then enable within the Navigation menu.
