Seeking opinions on a used X5

First Post. I have been in the market for an X5 for around 3-4 months now. I think I may have found the one. It is about 15,000 miles more than I had hoped to get, but I think it is a great deal. Please forward your honest opinions. Could use some encouragement to pull the trigger on this one.

2015 BMW X5 with M Sport Package and Third Row for $16,500 at 101k miles.

Auto Report shows it spent most of its life in Nevada, which is good in regard to the worry of deep rust.

The dealer is down the street from a BMW Dealership, where I plan to have the vehicle inspected prior to purchase.

With it having 100k miles, I plan on immediately doing Front and Rear Diff and Transmission Fluid/Filter when we get it home, along with Engine and Cabin Filters and an Oil Change.

Any advice or direction is appreciated. Apologies if this is the wrong thread.

The transfer case fluid is also a must at the 100k mark
