I've been on the fence about going up in wheel size-mostly because of the lack of tire choices. I pulled the trigger on a set a few weeks back and had a chance to put them on this evening. I went with the Toyo proxes III and while they aren't PSS's my initial impressions were better than expected. Once I log more miles I'll report back if anyone is interested. Thus far the ride isn't punishing.
I recently lowered the adjustment on my KWV3's and I'm debating on going a tad lower. Any input would be appreciated. Here are a few iPhone pics I snapped. I'll get some better pics soon.
The wheels are very concave and have a modern AC. schnitzer vibe. So far I dig the look. Cool titanium color with brushed faces.
Here are the specs:
Wheels are Rohana RFX11 22x10.5 & 22x11.5
Tires Toyo Proxes III 295/30/22 & 335/25/22
Cheers!

Looks good.

I have been using Toyo Proxes ST II on my Cayenne.
It is pretty good. I've heard the Proxes ST III is an improvement.

Congrats on the new wheels. I have been my toyos for around 3k miles. They are def noisier than my previous pirelli and vredenstiens and don’t handle as good but overall a great tire for the price. To be perfectly honest it’s one of the only tires for those with 22’s. Would of went with something else like the Vreds again but they are impossible to source. Not worth the hassle

I will most certainly follow up after logging some miles. Too bad I travel for work so much-on a good month I may put 500 miles on the truck 😑

Definitely curious to hear your input as you log more miles on the tires. I'm waiting on a set of 22" Vossen HF2 wheels, and I'll be running the Toyos on them, same exact size as you.

Car looks great, reminds me i need to wash mine!

considering this set up, just every tire dealer here says the load rating on the rear isn't adequate, (104Y vs 108Y) have you had any issues with them?

I have this tire setup and haven't had any issues. I am admittedly a novice on these types of things though.

I just returned from an exotic car rally from Denver to Aspen and put the truck through its paces. The truck far exceeded my expectations and hung with many pedigreed sports cars in the turns. No issues with the tires. The Toyo's don't handle like Michelin PSS, however they are very manageable. No doubt there is a trade off for aesthetics at the cost of performance, however in normal to spirited driving conditions the compromise of better aesthetics and slightly diminished handling capabilities out weigh the ability for extreme SUV street handling for my taste.
Crappy pic of the pack of 488's I was chasing up some Colorado mountain back roads. I should have some professional pics coming soon.

It's currently at the max drop. I've played around with quite a few settings. My mechanic is also a very accomplished driver and I took his recommendations. If I remember correctly the settings are as follows:

Front Bump: -7 from full stiff
Front Rebound: -8 from full stiff

Rear Bump: -6 from full stiff
Rear Rebound: -10 from full stiff
Hope that helps!
