Steering Wheel noise and vibration when retracting

Hi
Help please, I have a X5 50d, when the car is shutting down the steering wheel retracts, but has a vibration and noise, has any one had this and how is it sorted

2016 BMW X6  [0.00]
This started to happen to me. Took it to the dealership and they said it was normal. They added some lube which helped a bit, but its still not perfect.

It is not normal and you shouldn't accept that as an anwer to your concern/issue. This is a known issue, covered for many years on this forum by many members across the country. The normal response/action is replacing it.

If you get a survey from your service visit, you should use that as an opportunity to leverage your case for a replacement.

He is from Canada. In Canada any issues are "normal" and "tear and wear". BMW Canada is pathetic.
