Problème Reboot NBT EVO sur X5 2016

Hello everyone,
I am French and I would like to ask my problem on this forum because I don't know what to do.

I explain to you :

I have a BMW X5 pack M 3.0D from 09/2016

I activated Car Play on my NBT EVO ID5 with the purchase of a service on the NET and for 2 years no problem.

But since the start of the vacation, 2 months ago, I have restarted every 5 minutes. (the Navigation map turns black and restarts) and this for all journeys.

I'm going crazy...

Do you have a solution to this problem? HS hard drive!! or need to reset the NBT EVO and reflash?

Are these the right apps for my vehicles? And do you have a tutorial for flashing and resetting? Because I'm a novice and I can't find any solution on the French forums.
