Downpipes with stage 1 BM3

Is it possible to run downpipes with just stage one active without a CEL? It's probably in the forum somewhere I'm just too lazy to go digging around for it. Any info would help.
I have the vrsf pipes.

You can, but stage 2 tuning really takes advantage of the DPs. Why do you only want to run the stage 1 tune? FYI you can configure Cat CEL on /off via the toggle in the config section of the map.

I don't want to hurt her internals. Plus I don't drive fast like that in NYC. Potholes every two seconds and speed bumps and speed cameras and nails and screws and fucking mopeds and electric bikes and regular bikes and bus lanes and green spaces and red light cameras PLUS the troopers like W. T. F.

Go to your map, select "Config" in the top right corner. Options are in there.
