Yes, thank you for the confirmation.
I would remove these items and return to stock for an interested buyer and reduce the price of these mods accordingly;

- It would still be delivered with $8k worth of Pure Turbos and a handheld tuner with appropriate tunes to be loaded after (California or other) inspection has been completed... the tune will add 80hp and 120ft-lbs of torque alone. A Pure Turbos "tune only" will obviously improve that number.

I can include the AA DPs, RK Intakes and Akrapovic Exhaust and varying tunes with the sale of the vehicle for the buyer to apply later or I can sell these parts elsewhere and soften the vehicles price accordingly.

I also forgot to mention in my original listing that ALL Fluids were changed at 85k miles, All recalls have been completed and all updates from BMW have been applied!

...so the car is super fresh and needs nothing!

Ya but there are plenty of inspection places that don't actually inspect. Had plenty of friends in the service with modded vehicles with CA plates. You really think no one in CA has a modded exhaust? I mean everything in CA gives you cancer and they have to tell you about it but there's always ways around it.
