Manual Sun Shades Question...

Hey guys. So apparently one of our boys may have caused this. They claim not to have.
But the Drivers side rear sun shade is not retracting all the way in. I played around with it a few minutes and finally got it to go all the way inside of the door. But there's definitely some "slack".
Any ideas how to fix back to normal tension??

Remove the door panel. And examine the self winding spring.
