Good afternoon,
My dealer has been trying to install this software and are saying that it keeps on crashing. Any suggestions? They are asking for the name of the dealer i bought it from. I dont want them to give up and charge me for the labor. I appreciate any help

Most of the time, it’s a VIN issue that’s preventing the install. (Messing up a digit or lore will throw it off and not allow it to be installed)

Yea I had a similar situation that it would not work but it is because the dealer entered a digit wrong on the vin and now the code is locked to the wrong car. It can end up locked to any car even if it don’t apply( mine was supposedly locked to a e30).
Ps: I have a extra kit I bought for my wife’s f15 n55 but never got a chance to install it if anyone wants let me know. Pm me if you want it.
