DPF Regeneration Question

Hi folks,
I have a question about DPF regen on N57 engine.

When does it usually activate? How many miles between regens is acceptable?

I went for a drive on a highway for about 30 mins with steady 60mph, coolant reached 90-92 degrees but DPF regen never activated. Also I saw that the last time regeneration occurred almost 60 miles ago.

If anyone tracked their numbers, would you please share your experience?

How do you know DPF didn't engage, and how do you know the last time it did? Where are you pulling that information from?

I'm pulling that data from ISTA+ live data diagnostics

I "believe" - and it's strictly from a very fuzzy recollection,- it's every few hundred miles.
