I upgraded my F15 with a CDP and now it's time for inspection in NYC what's your recommendations and being able to pass.

Actually, I have no idea what effect the CDPs have on an emission inspection. We had inspections here in Minnesota for a few years back in the '90s, and we got rid of 'em. We like our winter beaters and old daily drivers. All the farmers and loggers and resort owners drive clapped-out old pickups that don't have a snowball's chance in hell of passing an inspection, so we just hit the "Fuck It" button and eliminated the inspections altogether.
