Developer said that the value of 02 is correct and with newer iSteps it works for some and not for others. So I fall also on the others since it does not work for me. Oh well.
That sucks, that was one of the main reasons I wanted to code it. 3 is just not enough in a traffic circle.

I was able to code the blinker count using Bimmer code app. In Bimmer code go to bdc_body, then expert mode. Find section nbr 3068, value name BLINKZYKLEN_ANZAHL_TIPP and change the werte value from 2 to 4 or 5 (for 5 or 6 Blinks). Code bdc_body.... Get ton of errors.... Use Bimmer link to clear the errors and info errors (have to do each 2/3 times to clear them all). Thats what worked for me!

I will try that, thanks for your suggestion. What is the version of your app? My app was updated 2 weeks ago, 2.0.10

Copy! Now I'll know when changing anything in the IC to expect that orange triangle and _ _:_ _ setting on the cluster.
Ok I attempted my first code tonight, just to make sure everything works properly. I only enabled turn signal on HUD which works like a charm. I used BimmerLink to clear temporary errors. Do I need to clear permanent errors as well?

I cleared everything I could each time I coded.

I was able to code it using BimmerCode. My app showed values 1 through 6 in the sub menu. I selected 5 and coded and it was successful. Cleared errors, restarted and it worked like a charm. Not sure if you're seeing the 1 through 6 values on your screen?

Just a wild thought but can you try 1 and see if that even works? You could try to set it to 5 and try again afterwards?

Yes, that was my next plan, then attempting the expert mode.

Do you need to keep the ODB adapter connected or can one remove once unlocked all codes?

Gotta be connected each time you wish to access the code.

Once it has been entered you can disconnect the module until you need/want to use it again. So if the dealer flashes the ecu upon a visit, just go through the process of coding again. Also works on multiple vehicles at the same time. Hope that helps

I also notice Bimmercode saves backups of the codes along with the date and timestamp. It may be easier to restore from backup after a dealership visit instead of recoding everything?

Anyone know the coding in bimmercode for the following

- activate front camera when driving
- activate rear camera when driving

I know I can change the shut off distance and speed which I like. However, is there a way to quickly activate the camera while driving?

Update: changing from 1, code then back to 5, code - didn't work.
Expert mode, didn't see the aforementioned option. I searched the entire directory.
