Incentives are listed there.

However, be warned they may be different in your area. I inquired on incentives for a 40e from a local dealer and was told it was $4250 lease and $1k loyalty. That's a considerable difference from what's listed.

Thank you for pointing me over there. I should have looked.

I'm trying to work a deal on a leftover 2018 diesel but this smaller dealer is not appreciating my numbers lol.

This was a November 17 production so you think they would be willing to get it off the lot.

Good luck. I was working on a deal on a leftover 40e, but all but gave up even though the vehicle is still in inventory. $1500 more would have gotten me in the car, but unfortunately the incentives were different in my area and dealer wasn't budging anymore.

Let me know how it goes!

I was quoted by the same dealer around $900 for a 2019 X5 40i with $73,995 MSRP.
Of the two, you got the better deal. Congratulations!
The g05 is a far superior car and the new interior makes the "old" x5 look dated. I have both currently. The are giving away the 18s but that's only due to the new model being the one most want

No doubt the interior is even better on the new X5, but the exterior, I am not sold on yet, especially the rear end. And for us since there is no diesel and 2019 X5 mpg seems not so great, we purchased a 2018 X5 35d. Wish BMW kept making the diesels in the US, as the 18 diesel is one great, long range/mpg SUV with a lot of torque and classic exterior look. BMW nailed that engine.

Good point. BMWs age gracefully anyway and the G05 was "early" for a new bmw due to x7 coming out. I have loved every model x5 to date.

5600 miles? Must have been a former loaner car? Many dealerships loan these out as service cars then sell them after. I'd worry proper brake in etc was not followed and if a loaner got beat on for 5,600 miles.

Same here. If anything the numbers have gotten worse since December. I still see forum posts about being able to get $15-20k off 2018s at this point, but I never got close to the low end of that even after over a month of going back and forth. Mine wasn't a base model either; mid-70k MSRP. Oh well...

Best of luck!

Are lease deals on x6's crap right now?

I'm getting the following:
36mo/12k

MSRP: $74,285
Sales Price: $66,785
MF: 0.00188
Residual: 58%

Basically coming to with $5000 down $838/mo

seems excessive

Let me know your thoughts. Doesn't seem that great? Looking for 12k miles instead.

MSRP: $60,595
Sale price: $54,580
10k X 36 months
2k out of your pocket + $2k lease credit + $1500 lease loyalty = $609 plus tax

2018 Xdrive35i X-Line

MSRP: $67,660

Sale Price: $ 50,457

I picked it up two days after turning the X5M in for the G05 50i and couldn't stop thinking about the deal. In the last month it has gone through some heavy duty cosmetic changes; mechanical tweaks to come.

They are MUCH different cars. The G05 has funky gremlins, which is to be expected for such an early build car, and while in it you sort of sit...high. The view from the windshield is more Tahoe than the F15 (bulky rather than rakish). The interior is absolutely gorgeous, I check every damned box. Love em both!!

Not sure what it's worth but I got a heck of a deal on a slightly used one from a high-end used car dealer. I'd suggest going this route.

What was your deal? I've been eyeing a few either barely used or even new models. Sad considering they're almost TWO years old at this point.

I can't imagine what the retailers are saying to BMWUSA about the hose-job they got with whatever final incentive payout they got with the outgoing model.

I'm looking at a CPO 2018 X5 xDrive 35i at the moment with the following specs:

MSRP: 72K
Sale Price: 50K
Miles: 6000

The dealers are trying to get me to pay $700 for a StarGard GPS system which I don't need/want.

Does this seem like a decent deal?

There doesn't seem to be much incentives out there for 2018 at the moment unfortunately
