Your actually wrong majority of aftermarket wheels aren't hub centric and require a centering ring. Your claims on vibrations and not fitting are incorrect. I sell aftermarket wheels and the only vibrations are from incorrect balancing or a wheel out of round. But your claim of no shop would order and replicate is completely false.

You're the only one in this forum that made such a claim.
Most folks on this forum are not aware or share the same view, which is the manufacturer's view, BTW.
When you make a claim, against the manufacturer, it is reasonable to receive some questions... Don’t you think?

Have you tested this setup in E70/1 M for XXXX+ miles and can unequivocally say there was no vibration.

I can confirm that these wheels have been on my brother in law's 2013 X5M for over 25000 miles and never a vibration or any issues.

If he gets there, I'll take them too. I'm in Philly a couple times a month and can pick up with crisp $100's

Must be ironic to claim "OP knows his shit big up", w/o knowing the OP in person, and, at the same time, claim "#deathtodemtrolls lol.", after I just spoke to my SA and their answer was

"We would not install the wrong wheels on the car without having hub-centric rings with them. so to answer your question, we would not warranty wheels installed without rings."

Also ironic that folks with 38 posts come and take over this forum with their "macho" mentality w/o providing any info on the issue at hand.

Am sure this set will sell.

I'm confused.. are you actually interested in buying the wheels or just interested in trying to win a argument at this point?

I think most will agree, barring a few knowledgeable SAs' who are true BMW enthusiasts, 99.99% of BMW SA's speak out of their rear end because they have no clue about the issue on hand.

I think they do it to cover their "ends".
OP and your brother in law are individuals who did it at their own "risk" and worked.
Nothing wrong w/that.

It's called knowledge contribution; if you noticed, one more person verified OP's claims, so other members should feel comfortable doing it, with or without hub rings...at least in this narrow example.

Also put the response from my SA as to my claim that they would not warranty their work w/o hub rings.

P.S. I would be making an offer if I were interested in a different set than what I currently have....unless of course -and that's for all sellers- I found out that a seller made misleading statements for fitment in other vehicles or not being forthcoming in general.
