squeaking driver window

I am getting some strange sound from my driver door window. When I have the window pulled up it squeaks and on eneven surface it gets quite irritating. When I pull the window down even a little bit the sound goes away. So I am assuming it might be something with the rubber around the window... any ideas how to solve this???

it might just be some grime/dirt in the seal. Try wiping it down with water. Also, if teh seasl get very dry and crack, that can cause some uneveness in the seal and creat noises/sounds.
