I recognize this is a long shot, but what you don't ask for . . . . you don't get. Year and mileage are secondary matters. Unfortunately, my bride does not like light colored interiors so this further limits our purchase to black (preferred) or dark brown (Mocca).

We are adaptive cruise junkies as we have prior experience with three other family vehicles with ACC. Am located in NC but have previously bought a car in CA and shipped to NC.

Clearly ACC is not a popular option on the 40e...

Using the filters on the BMWUSA.com CPO page, there's 41 F15 40e's with silver or gray exterior, and black or brown interior, but only 2 have ACC. Both on the east coast (GA & FL) relatively close to you - the first one below is pretty nice including M Sport (very rare on 40e) and low miles.

Thanks for these links. I had seen the non-M X5 40e listing. The 2018 M listing was shown a few months back and disappeared.
