Looking for any thoughts. I'm in Vancouver, Canada.
Since 2008, Owned 323i, 535xi, owing M4 and X5 diesel. Looking to return my X5 and lease a new one( 2017 X 5 diesel). Dealer offer me 5% off. Feeling that's not too much consider I'm a returned customer. Is 5% a fair amount? Thank you for your help. |

I can't speak for Canada but I just pulled the trigger yesterday and I am at -10%, that's based on negotiated price from MSRP that was used to calculate lease payment.
-5% in the states would be considered a bad deal for you. Hope that helps. |

What are the current discounts on a 2017 X5 35d
Working with a local dealership to get out of my 2015 X5, millage issue.
I was told to go to one of the promotional ski resorts this weekend to get a $1000 voucher for a new vehicle. I have a CCA active account so that will be a rebate check after the fact. What are the other discounts that I should expect or push for on the new vehicle? |

Order is placed for my first BMW (it's only the second car I've bought, my first was a Ford Escape that I kept for 10 years and sold only because I left the country); hoping to keep this for 10+years.
Upstate NY area: 2017 xdrive40e BASE MSRP$62,100 Jet Black$0 Mocha Nappa Leather$0 Fineline Oak Wood Trim$0 Cold Weather Package$550 Driver Assistance Package$1,400 Driving Assistance Plus Package$1,700 • ACC Stop & Go + Active Driving Assistant$1,200 Luxury Package$0 Luxury Seating Package$1,350 Mocha Interior Design Package$1,950 Premium Package$2,700 Aluminum running boards$400 Multi-contour seats$0 Roof rails in Satin Aluminum$0 Apple CarPlay Compatibility$300 19" Light alloy Orbit Grey wheels style 449-with all-season run-flat tires$0 Destination & Handling:$995 Total MSRP as Built$74,645 Got sale price down to $67,600. ~9.5% off. Plus an additional $2,500 off for corporate discount brings final price to $65,100 ~12.8% off. (and I'll get to utilize the $4,688 federal tax credit next) I think I will end up regretting not upgrading the sound system, or getting the additional driving assistance (Night Vision & Parking Assistance). Ordering today, MSRP as above for the sDrive 35i of 65,145. Sell price (before tax/fees) - 56,456 About 13% off MSRP. Had a corporate discount (maybe about 1.5K off) and plan to finance through BMW FS, but my strategy was to get the OTD price where I was comfortable, so didn't pay attention to the incentives. After initial offer in my previous post, went to a non-Miami dealer, and was given this offer, which I felt good about. I think I did pretty good... |
