While idling on a red light,in a heavy storm, engine took a drip of water. It was in fixed right away but engine check light kept coming on. Finally after long investigation BMW figured out that one rod was slightly bent and kept putting engine into safe mode. So insurance paid $31k and I got a new engine 2k miles ago.
