I always suggest 5mm front and 15mm rear for all of my customers with X5M/X6M or any F15/F16 X5 w/ 20" Staggered setup.

Same setup, since they are same offset.

5mm front and 15mm rear is top and looks great!

I had 20 mm on the rear wheels, but that was too much.

Is it necessary to adjust camber after installing spacers?

I actually think spacers are one of the mods I like the most on mine. Just looks more aggressive I suppose. I have ben's old spacers with 20mm rear and 15mm front and it seems to be perfect. That being said, 3m your arches, skirts and bottom of the doors.

You can't adjust the camber on this car. Unless if you have an aftermarket upper arm.
With just spacer itself, it won't change the camber.

any side by side pictures? I dislike cars/trucks with obvious spacer issues (tires sticking out which makes them look smaller and narrower)

Keep pimpin'

C5m spacers

Not sure if I’m in the wrong section but my question about spacers maybe can be answered here. I recently lost my 2017 m3 comp and he was replaced with my 2015 x5m. I’ve read through this entire thread and I don’t see any mention of of x5m. I see most have been running 5/20. I’m looking for a real aggressive look and just seems to me from the couple of pics that are posted that 20mm in the rear is just not cutting it for me. Is there a difference in the M models oppose to regular x5’s as far as more booty or are all x5 models the same body width. Maybe stupid question but I’m just confirming. I plan on lowering her panties with h&r vtf adjustable spring setup. But I’m looking for that real aggressive look and again just not sure the 20’s are going to cut it. Can we get more pics from members with 20mm in rear. Or if any members have tried 25 (if they exist) I’d love see that aswell. Thanks.

P.S. of course tire size matters aswell. I’d also like to upgrade to a bigger tire size from 315’s to 325’s 295 will go to the front, to compensate for transmission issues for the awd so of course with that being said I’d have to take into consideration spacer size.

X5/X5M and X6/X6M are sharing the same body.
Unlike the M2/M3/M4 that have flared front and rear, and M5/M6 that only have flared front.

The only difference, F85/F86 X5M/X6M rear wheels are .5" wider.
I have been recommending and selling 15/15 setup lately.
But if you think 20mm is not cutting it, there is 25mm and 30mm available.
Do search though, I have old customer with F15 that used 25mm all around. Search for it in F15/F16 sub-forum.

Haha. I am up early and sleep late.
So, forum is the first thing I check and response as much as I can.
Except on the weekend when I am spending time with my family.
But, I will on it when I am idling around at the mall waiting for the wife to spend money.
Gotta make the money that is being spent, hahaha.

So Ben you used to recommend 5/15 but now 15/15 is ok for the X5M?

I was sure you used to be adamant that nothing but 5/15 could work.

Yes, since H&R redesign the 15mm, now it fits on the front.

I am currently running 15mm front and 20mm rear spacers on OEM 612M wheels. My car is lowered on H&R VTF springs, and I think the figment is perfectly fine. I could honestly go 20 front and 25 rear.
