How do I remove this (bump stop cap?)

Not positive of the name of the part, but that (rubber?) cap part at the top. I’m taking the H&R VTF off the stock shocks and that cap is blocking it from sliding off. Thanks!

Just tap it out.
It is just slip on to the top of the shock body.
Just a little tight fitment.
