In Russia? Carfax servers would explode daily there from just rollbacks alone.
No, that's Montreal.

Bigger question everyone should be asking is why do these BMW fires continue to happen

I'm sure that wonderful scent will cling to the vehicle until it's old enough to get totaled, and even then the smell will just transfer to the car crusher.

It's not actually sewage. The sun is very low in the sky, as it is this time of year in northern latitudes, and thus has an orange/brown tint to it that makes the colors of everything - especially shitty low-res video - a bit wonky. It's just water.

You didn't really think an X6 owner pulled up next to a "turd hearse" and begged the guy to hose down his car, did you?

Russian media reported it was actually the truck driver who pulled up to give a hand, according to the comments below the video.

Wasn't the other fire a hybrid/battery vehicle? Caught fire in a parking lot as I recall? This one looks like an older model x6. Who knows how it's been maintained

Actually, I have a friend, and his bimmer burned from no cause. Funny thing is, he decided that the garage should be far from the house...
I drive BMW too and my garage is attached so I just hope I am ok.

Yet...

Actually I'm surprised they found solution in that crappy situation. X6 would've burned completely in 10 minutes if it wasn't for that sewage truck. Notice how driver even turned on wipers - so that windshield would not crack from fire. I can bet 99 out of 100 owners would not be able to think that fast in critical situation.
Judging from video, he saved the car and none of the sewage got into cabin lol. He will wash off engine bay and will require some fixing of burned wires and plastic hoses, but I'm 99% sure engine is not damaged.
Now, I'm 100% sure he shouldn't turn A/C on until he really washes it inside out lol.

at least the guy had the senses to open the bonet so the fire can actually be extinguished with... drainage water.
