I have the EZ Detail Brush (you can buy it on Amazon) and it made keeping the 375s clean a true breeze. Same for my current 599s! I highly suggest you buy it. When I sold my 375s to Violator, I couldn't believe how clean they were on the insides.

Awesome! Thanks for the tip, will order one today. Did you use any type of wheel wax or other protective products to keep your 375s looking like new?

I sealed mine with Menzerna Power Lock and wash them with Duragloss 901. That's it.

You should consider ceramic coating them. Brake dust will rinse off a lot easier. Should also take a lot less time to detail them. Also those EZ detail brushes are fantastic. They really clean the rim well.

My F15 hardly produces any break dust whatsoever. I can go weeks without cleaning the wheels.

Must be your brake pads, my fronts are always covered. Takes no time at all for them to get disgusting. What pads are you using? I may need to look at new ones because it's tiring to clean all the time.

Well it looks good all cleaned up, sorry to hear about you curbing it though. That can't be a good feeling.

Use either opti gloss coating or Cquartz ceramic coats to keep it protected. These are excellent for your X5 too. They cost about $75 to $100.

I find the same thing with mine and it's been a bloody hot and humid summer this year. As far as I know, mine are OEM pads as well but I'm really surprised at the little amount of dust residue if have on my wheels. I was first wondering if it was because my summer wheels have more open space to allow the dust to escape, but I had fat 5 spokes on my E70 and they still managed to collect dust rather quickly on them.

No complaints though...just hope I get the same ones when it comes time to change pads.

I did the same thing to my right-rear wheel a week after having them. I checked with my wheel guy and it can be fixed for $175 so that made me feel a million times better. I always use the 360 camera now going through any drive thru or parking lot with high curbs, even if I know I have room.

That sound of the wheel rashing tho

E70 brakes had dust on the wheels the first mile after being cleaned. BMW has changed the brakes on the F15 which results in significantly reduced brake dust.

I know that sound hurts. I had a mobile wheel guy come out and repair which like you made me feel better. I think he visited me on two more occasions, one was from my wife taking a sharp right turn and then other one was me again...the rims sort of stuck out from the tires which I won't go for that stretched look again...
