Tuning solutions

I just sold my F10 M5 Competition that was tuned using the Open Flash Tablet. I just had the 91 Octane Stage 1 tune but it was impressive for a simple tune only.
I now have a 2016 X5 M and want to do the same.
Who is using what, and what are your thoughts on your setup?
I am a tuner (Corvettes only)and have my own dyno but I really don't want to get into all that. I just want to load a tune and go.
Unless there is a consensus that there is something considerably better than the OFT, I'll just go with that.
Thanks for any input from those that know.

Go DME or BM3. Any questions? Contact Golan from AutoTalent https://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1630248 He's in the vendor section. And can give you the pros/cons of both.

BM3 and DME are by far the two most popular options. The benefits of BM3 is you can tune yourself, have an independent tuner provide a custom tune, or you can flash an off the shelf map provided by ProtuningFreaks/BM3

RaceChip GTS Black has been very popular for its simplicity plug n play solution.

I think I'm going to go with the BM3. I like the idea of a flash tune rather than a piggy back.
I'm a tuner but new software will make my head explode. I'll pay to have someone else do it correctly.
