I have located a new 2018 with msrp of $115,950, and I can purchase it for $91,000. Is this a fair deal. Any input appreciated.

49er you have to answer a few questions.
1-When you say new, no miles on this 2018. It was not used in any way?
2-Why was it sitting on the lot for such a long time, and how come it hasn't been sold?
3-Did somebody order this particular X5M and back out?
