Have you checked the BMW CPO page?

I just set all the filters to your desired spec and there's 41 listed.

Model years - 2016 & 2017
Model - xDrive35i
Options - M Sport (if you select more than 1 option, the results get skewed in my experience)
Exterior color - White and Gray
Interior color - Black and brown (which was all but 4 listed - those had beige or ivory white)
Mileage - less than 40,000

There are no filters for original owner, condition, non-smoker, etc., but most vehicles on this site will be safe bets being listed by a BMW dealer, IMO.
