I do not but who ever you decide, make sure you verify what is covered and what is not. Those who do cover the X5 are not cheap. I think I was quoted between $3-5k depending on how long I needed the coverage for. I still have CPO so will just chance it after that and hopefully save me the $3-5K.

Never heard of them. Let us know the term and price you get quotes from. It seems like most are crazy high unless you have like under 20k.

I just called them to see what kind of quote they would give me and or my F15 with 52k on the odo a 3 yr/45k was about $2400 with a $100 deductible. I actually got it down to $2k and $0 deductible if I wanted to add my wifes 2015 F30. This was for their Prime Coverage even which pretty much included everything mechanically and electrical i.e. iDrive which is my main concern. Minus regular wear n tear items of course. I don't think that's a bad deal at all. You can customize the coverage years also, their standard is 12k/yr but bumped mine to 15k/yr just in case I drive more one year than others. I didn't purchase since I still have CPO but might consider next year when it expires. I would also check with your local mechanic or dealer to see what Outside Warranty companies they've dealt with.

FYI if you read the consumer reviews about them, majority if not all of them were inside their 30 day/1k mile waiting period.

I used liberty auto warranty and their A+ bbb rated and also they mirror your factory bumper to bumper warranty and 0 dollar deductible.

7yr 100k Miles for $3400

Best I've used so far regarding
3rd party insurance

Have you had any claims experience with them?

Was that 7/100k from the date of purchase or from the in-service date for the vehicle?

7 years from date of purchase (of the warranty) or 100k miles whatever comes first. Had the bumper to bumper so they mirror bmws bumper to bumper warranty. They replaced my injectors when my 40e was idling rough worked through email with the dealer then paid and picked it up.

You just have to alert them of the issue before dropping off the car. Or leave them a message.
Otherwise it's only been a few months.
