Question B&O Sound System is BANANAS Good! With One Caveat...

Let me start by saying this unequivocally... The B&O in my X5 is F****** AMAZEBALLS!!! I am a HUGE audiophile and have had all sorts of aftermarket setups in various cars. And my current Home Theater setup is BANANAS good! (mostly Klipsch) I personally selected each speaker and installed the system myself along with a friend. That being said, I have thrown every kind of Music I listen to at this B&O:

80s (Pop, Rock, etc)
House
Salsa
Reggae
Hip Hop
Latin Jazz
Reggaeton
Chill

and this Stereo handles it superbly. And at high levels with zero distortion!

Maybe we can discuss 'personal settings' for those interested.

But... The one and only complaint I have is the continuous "Auto Raising of Volume" when speed increases! I have scoured iDrive and manual but see no clear cut way to disable...

Another caveat, but this may apply to all systems: Any Buetooth input, from say my Android (YouTube. Mixcloud, Soundcloud etc.) is severely reduced in volume levels. And I do have the Bluetooth level up high on my device.
I made the mistake of switching from my Device audio input back to Sirius and was in for a shockingly loud surprise!

It can be disabled from iDrive menu.

You lost me at "HUGE audiophile" and "Klipsch".

That’s what I thought too... I recall some option for adjusting this feature.

(And agree, I’m not a fan of it either.)

Did I? Not surprised. There are plenty of folks that overpay for various products. Regarding my audiophile commitment:
I would also add that Klipsch is an extreme value in the audio world. Who else has so much sound for a relatively reasonable price? I think that some of these so called "Audiophiles" feel threatened that Klipsch owners have a quality product that can compete with speakers costing four to five times as much money. This makes all of their multi-thousand dollar speaker systems seem less valuable for lack of a better word. When a friend of mine who spent over $60k just on his HT setup and sits in my HT and says, "Wow! That's F****** impressive." When I paid @ quarter of his, I'll respect and accept his opinion.
Back on Topic: I may have to look at Coding options to correct this. But I'd like to hear from fellow B&O owners...
As I've said, there is NO option in iDrive to correct this. In BMW with systems other than B&O, I have seen and adjusted accordingly.
But I guess comparing true HT setups to vehicle setups is not ideal either.
I know and appreciate great sound. This B&O for a car, is exceptional.

That’s annoying to have a sound system raise and lower its volume on its own without ability to intervene.

People who spend $60k on speakers are....well...special in their own right. But yes I do enjoy the BO system. And I will agree with you that I really love my klipsch speakers.

"Audiophile" and "I really enjoy music and have a decent set-up" are two different things. I enjoy music and have a decent set-up (B&W Speakers) but by no means do I remotely consider myself an audiophile. No tube amp, separate pre-amp, bi-wired set-up, ribbon speakers, etc. here. Glad the B&O package sounds good.

B&O is awesome - even though it can be a little underwhelming on the lower frequency end. No option in my iDrive either.

Although it's not a Bass Monster, it is still impressive for a factory setup. I may consider swapping out the subs if they are underseat, plug n play like my 7 for just a little more punch. But I'm not compelled just yet.
