Fair price on a '17 X5 35d?

Hi all, what's a reasonable price to ask for a '17 35d w/ M sport package with 31k miles?

History: I'm the second owner and have put about 16k miles on it since '19. Clear title, no accidents and located in suburban CT. In overall excellent and well maintained condition w/ new brakes and rotors.

My '17 X5d is the same color, similarly equipped (M-package, 20" wheels etc., cold, prem pkg, HK, XM) with 48K miles. Trade in is around ~$20K and private sale ~$26k.

My rig is worth way more to me of course. Local dealer also commented to me the diesels are hard find and worth snatching up. I think it takes finding the right buyer to pay the worthy premium for a cared for diesel.
