After originally picking up an Alcantara wheel wrap weeks ago, I finally got around to installing it this morning.

I’ve done a few of these on previous vehicles, so this one was a breeze (about a 2 hour job).

I’m pleasantly surprised to find that the heated steering wheel functionality wasn’t dampened at all due to the added layer.

Full 3.5” 304 stainless from the downpipe back, no muffler or valves. Will provide further details and photos and video in my build thread likely tomorrow.

That looks like a great wrap and professionally installed - please let us know where you bought it and the particular model/version.

Thanks! I have the benefit of experience, having done a few of these over the years and learning from mistakes earlier on. I'm happy with how this one turned out, despite a few errors that I made along the way.

This is the specific cover that I bought. If you do go down this route, I highly recommend looking at the Mewant Youtube channel for install demonstrations. Above all, the key to a good finished product is consistently tight stitching throughout each section.

Philly burbs (Chester County) these days. The whole area actually just experienced a 4.8 magnitude earthquake this morning. Big news in the Delaware Valley lol.
