To get this into low 40s, you may need to wait till end of year.

Not true there are several sub 45k and not moving quickly.
Some BMW dealers unwilling to negotiate then I watch the prices cut every few weeks.

I hear ya thanks again, I am not sure about Black or in this case Jet Black. My desired colors are grey, silver and carbon black.

You can always wrap it. At 41K, you'll have that luxury.

For now my must haves are these things, exterior color, 2015+ X5 50i M sport, ZEC Executive Package and ZDA Driver Assistance Package.
Would also likely pass on milage above 60k

Correct Msport is must I updated it and also 2015+ as 2014 likely have high mileage and be harder/more expensive to warranty.

I found a Space Grey with Dakota Black interior. Has DHP also and priced sub $40K. Its missing 20 inch wheels, LED lights. I can live without the LED lighting and I will just get some 21 or 22 inch wheels at later time. I did video chat with the dealer today and he said the car was in mint condition. He was having hard time finding any scratches, dents or imperfections. I am getting a PPI at local BMW tomorrow so we'll see what happens. Its out of warranty but the dealers warranty prices are $6K plus. What do you think should get the warranty? Any other advice is much appreciated!

How does it compare to the one I sent across? Thought you wanted a CPO.

CPO was something I would like but issue is pricing ends up being well into mid 40's. Other issue is color combo and DHP, can't seem to get everything. The one you sent is great it is on my shortlist but no DHP. Was waiting for that one to come down in price but it may never come down

I suggest you keep that money in the bank for any repairs. Not worth spending it ahead.
