Hey guys just wanted to say Hi.
Just joined last week. Was a long time member of maxbimmer, a Toronto based forum, as I'm from Ontario. But it's time to move on to a way more up to date forum. Quite glad I did. Tons of info I end up googling and keep finding myself back here.

I just picked up a 15' x5 35d m sport.
Alpine on black Dakota. With only 23,000km (not miles)
Flew from Toronto to Montreal to buy it and drove it back. By far the best 700km 'test drive' one could ask for.

Not my first Bmw, but the F15 is basically the new mommy mobile. Now with 2 kids our e46 330xi is now my daily work vehicle, I have a e34 m5 for a summer toy and have a project e28 m5 too.

Been drooling over the coding options for the f15 but just haven't had the guts to take my plunge myself.

I'm also in the market for a set of summer rims. The truck came equip with 469m with winters which I will keep as dedicated winters. So looking to upgrade to either 21s or 22s.
The thought of 335/25s scares me a little though on a 22" rim. although I see a lot of members running 22s.
I've been looking at the Vossen vfs1's

Anyway, I attached a few pics. Nothing special on the f15 yet. Just some dealer pics. But hope to have have it tinted, colour matched reflectors and a black dual slat grill installed soon.

And correct, they are e39 m5 wheels. I get some flack for them not being period specific but I'm ok with that. Had it almost 13 years now. Don't think I could ever part with it. Other than for a e24 m6
