Speed Limit Data

Hi. I have a 2016 BMW X5 with NEXT Navigation and speed limit display in instrument cluster. I live in Toronto and city has lowered speed limits for many streets a little more than a year ago. My speed limit display was still accessing old Nav speed limit data until front camera saw a speed limit road sign and updated it accordingly.

I decided to update the Nav Maps to 2020-2 version recently in order to fix the issue. Even after the update the issue is still there and instrument cluster still starts with old speed limit until front camera fixes it. Any idea how i can update speed limit?
