Rear seat heating not coming on
I have a just taken delivery of my 2015 f15 this afternoon (UK spec in the UK). While trying out the rear seats, I tried to turn on the heated rear seats... But the LED's above the button don't come on, and the seat doesn't heat up either...
There's no lockout for the rear somewhere is there? Like there is for the windows? TIA H |

It does. I bought it from the local BMW dealer. It has the cold weather package. We suspect a bad connection. When you press the buttons initially the 3x LED's come on for somewhere south of a second. Then go off. It doesn't matter what you do after that, you never get another light Luckily I have a 12 month warranty (That's why I buy from a stealer ). It will be getting some love and attention from their service dept next week H |

Dropped the x5 off this morning. Picked up a '69 reg 440i convertible with 500miles on the clock for a loaner.
Phone call at 13:00... Both seat heaters buggered and need replacing. Looks like I have a convertible (Again) to play with for the weekend as the x5 won't be ready till Monday at the earliest. What's the price for replacing those (Just out of interest - it's a warranty repair for me). |
