Bootmod3: F15 n55

Trying to install this son of a bitch and after i launch the OBD agent, pull in my VIN, enter my activation code...it tells me my VIN (which reads correctly on the screen) is NOT RECOGNIZED.

Someone please help.

I had that problem too, like others said their tech support will fix it quickly.

What integration level is the vehicle? (BMW I level programmed at the dealership which updates the modules in the various bus systems)
The last 2 or 3 updates since last March 2019 seem to lock out the Bootmod3 access to the DME.
Been done that road and had to be refunded for my license as there was no fix from their support team yet.

Is there a way to see what I-level is installed on my x5
Through the settings menu?

I believe not. One way I saw it was when the bmw valet guy printed off the info from the key read. BM3 is well worth it, so if it needs to be sent to them, it is worth the hassle. AT LEAST, you will know it is done right and less anxiety of yourself.
