Could anyone please share an email address or a phone number to call for the settlement? I am in the process of having this looked at, so last week my BMW dealer initiated an oil consumption test and while providing extensive service history, which is required, it was learned that 5k miles before I bought the car, an oil change interval was 10k miles over and BMW is now saying they won't help me. Crazy thing is it was a BMW Executive car.

I received mine in the mail last year but moved my company offices in Oct/Nov and I couldn't begin to know which box the letter is in at the moment.

This may be my first and last foray into BMW ownership - love the car but hate this BS

thanks in advance everybody

Has anyone received feedback on their claim (i.e., reimbursement $ or the BMW certificate for use toward a purchase), etc.?

I have been told that my claim is still "in the review process."

Checking back again -- has anyone received feedback on their claim... a responsive letter, reimbursement check, voucher for BMW purchase, etc.?

Lol I never received anything about this. Kinda annoying considering the amount of oil consumption I've always had. FML

Does anybody know what the oil consumption test consists of? Mine has eaten oil like crazy, then nothing for a while. I think it may be related to highway vs stop and go, since most of my driving is around town.
