Strange Noise coming from my x5

Folks,
I finally got my car back from the dealership after 10 weeks with a brand new motor. it was part of the Isley Settlement and although I had about $7k out of pocket, I love my car and figured it was cheaper than a new one for $100k.

Since getting it back, it has developed a strange noise and I'm curious if anyone could help diagnose what it might be. Below are some videos I posted on vimeo.

The noise happens with the AC off and on so I do not believe its an AC compressor issue but not entirely sure. the power steering pump was driven with no hydraulic fluid back in February as one of my hoses busted. the hose was replaced when the motor was installed but not the power steering pump. It had been already replaced under warranty in 2018 but could have sustained damage when it ran without fluid in Feb

My car is a 2016 X5 50 Msport

Just to confirm and to also ask for more context, does it also happen if you let the car idle, when you rev it, or only under load after a specific RPM/certain speed? Your last vid makes it look like the latter case.

Sorry, it's only under load and it seems to start around 2000rpm

here is a link to a new video that I took late last week. starting to wonder if its a pulley. it seems to have gotten louder and resonates on the drivers side more in this video

I have had a bad or off balance harmonic balancer that sounded very similar to that. Possible pulley…

Edit: was not a BMW, it was SBC.
