Checklist before factory warranty expires (2018 50i)

I suspect a thread or more is out there on this, and I think I have even seen it at one time, but I cannot seem to find it now.

I am planning to take my 2018 X5 50i Msport to the dealer next month for a "go-over" prior to expiration of the factory warranty (expires mid-Oct 2022). The car has 40k miles on it.

I have a pretty good relationship with the service manager. I would like to provide a list of items to have them check thoroughly (common fail points / warranty coverage issues) since this will be my last bite at the apple under the factory warranty.

My vehicle does not have the rear air suspension.

Given the year / miles, could folks with experience please give me some ideas for this list?

Thank you in advance.

Check for oil consumption and oil leaks, check suspension, crankcase vent system, cracks on the side of the drivers seats, make sure your steering column doesn't make any sounds and always moves freely, anything specific to your car (rattles, squeaks, poor AC performance, sunroof leaks etc).

Thanks.

Anything specific about the A/C performance that I should key in on, or a particular way to have it checked?

My HVAC seems louder than it should be, but I already had the blower motor replaced and have read of many other people complaining of a similar noise issue.

Make sure it AC works and it is cold, all zones are working and working as set ( common issue of one side blowing hot air while another works as intended and has cool air). Clicks, fan noise, errors in ISTA.

Hmm in my experience, sound-wise, unless it's not working properly (e.g. not blowing cold/hot air, or is making really really loud sound at lower settings), I wouldn't be too stressed about it. The only thing about A/C is to check if it smells or not... Could also just be your cabin air filters, so just replace them if you can. At 40k, have you also replaced your engine air filter? I know oil was already mentioned but, if you can, just have them start a consumption test. At 40k miles I don't think you will need to pay much out of pay out of pocket if any at all... Per the Isley settlement.

I do hear clicks in front central dash area somewhat often. Any idea what that would indicate? It is really annoying.
