Dashboard Ambient Lighting Not as bright

Not sure if anyone has similar issues as per the title of this thread.

I rest of the ambient brightness are consistent except for the dashboard. Set the brightness to max but still same. Car still under warranty

Then bring it to the dealership and let them take care of it.

I'm trying to know if this is common or it's just on my car

Hi Chester.
I enjoy following your follow up with your F15 on youtube.
Cant comment on your question yet.

I just went to pick up a 2018 F15 40e this weekend myself, warranty until feb 24 and BSI included for another 17 000km.

Have just driven it back home (520km) and a short trip to the wash the day after.
Seems flawless except for a few tiny paint chips from gravel, and I noticed a small vibrating sound from the dash when staying above 110 km/h after a few hours ride. If I press down on what looks like a ventilation part, the sound goes away.

I will ask if they can tighten this. Had a similar problem with a previous x3 some years back. Does anyone know if this is a part they loosen during inspections? Can't believe all models are experiencing the same assembly issues.

Again, keep posting on youtube chester.

Congrats on your new ride!

Thanks for watching my youtube channel. Going to post more updates soon but in short my local BMW dealer are pretty much blaming everything on me at the moment.

About your small vibration, I don't have this issue on my X5 and X1. Maybe because mine assemble locally in Malaysia.
