Just had my wheels done in Black Chrome

It took nearly 2 months but my wheels are finally done. They were a flat gray color and just didn't "pop" like black chrome. These are not done in PVD like most. All the PVD shops near L.A. are gone and those that are open only want to do a really dark, nearly black, coating. This is the look that I wanted.
The wheels were stripped and actually chromed. I should have them on the vehicle later today.
I think the stock wheels would look awesome done like this. I may drop my stockers off and have them done just to see. Then I can sell whichever ones I don't keep.

I just added pics of the wheels installed in Post 10.

Just put them on a few minutes ago. I like the look a lot. I thnk the stock wheels would look great done this way.

Looks great. Might consider doing something like this in the future if I get bored of the current finish on my wheels.

What are you lowered on suspension wise? Also car looks great man, has a blue tone to it. I’m loving how it looks with Donnington Grey!

I made the suspension parts myself. There was a thread running on it a ways back.
I'm running stock shocks, stock springs, and snubbers. I modified the mounting points so the truck dropped without losing ANY travel at all. It rides like 100% stock suspension.
I tried the Dinan springs with my mods but it was too low. I kept scraping the front splitter.
