HL vs XL Michelin PS 4S review

Because it’s impossible to find a XL 285/35/21 4S (I don’t think they make them anymore), I opted for the HL (108Y) version off Tirerack since I needed a new pair of fronts.

I can barely detect any increase in ride harshness with going with a HL version. I’m at 38psi now, gonna drop to 36 and see if things get a touch better.

So if you don’t want to run a mix of PSS up front and 4S in the back for stock 21” size, this HL an option. I had to search by size on Tirerack to find them, but am glad I did.

Check out wheelhero. They have MPSS in 285/35/21 XL in stock.

Edit: I re-read, you’re looking for the 4S. My bad
