Bzzzzzz on accel/decel, weird noise

I've noticed as of late that from the right side of the car, when I accel/decel, I get a faint but noticeable 'bzzzzzz' that changes with RPMs.

It almost sounds like leaves or a plastic bag are stuck somewhere, but on visual inspection I can't see anything. Kinda reminds me of a cheap 4-cylinder engine sound.

I do have a broken exhaust hanger on my Eisenmann right at the weld, but it's definitely not the source.

Anyone else deal with this?

i have not experienced this but check heat shields... they may be rattling against exhaust or the ones around the rotors may have some interference etc. outside of that not certain i could help without a sound clip.

Is it happening when your climate control is on?

I'll try with climate off, but I don't hear it inside the car when the windows are up. Definitely outside...

I'll crawled around under and didn't see/feel anything loose...

Closer inspection of the broken exhaust hanger shows a hole where the hanger broke off. It's about two inches long and the exact shape of the weld on the hanger. I guess this COULD cause the problem with exhaust having a "flute like exit" disrupting the even flow out...

Yup, think this is solved. Exhaust shop rewelded the hanger back on and sealed up the hole on the pipe it caused when it ripped off.

YES! I had it on both my 2014 F15 and my 2017 F85. Only at freeway speeds and only when I decelerated. I couldn't hear it in acceleration. I would tell the service dept about it and they couldn't hear anything, even when I drove with them and pointed it out. It sounded like it was coming from the wheels and I figured it was a bearing or something that was at a frequency that not everyone could hear. That sounds crazy I know. Anyway, my wife just got an X7 and first thing I did was listen for it and it's not there or I'm no longer crazy.
