No Warning Tones Issue

Has anyone seen this before on their 2016 X5M

I start it up and there's no sound...no Radio, no Bluetooth and of course, no Warning Tones.

Sometimes restarting the car helps, other times not.

Need to schedule an appt with the dealer but wondering if there's a fix people are familiar with.

Thanks

It happened to me once and it took me a while to understand (or so I believe) that it was my fault, having zeroe'd the warning tone volume while it was playing.

One possible way to remedy: go to settings, sounds, and check for the corresponding volume setting, I think it's called "gong" or similar.

I do have the gong turned all the way down. I'll try that. Thanks

Being 2 years ownership of x5m, I got about 5-10 times this no warning tone issue. My x5m is 2016 model too. I think it's battery too low during start up the car
