Ok thanks for that - I'd heard of the token expiry but thought that was only for the generation of new tokens, and that existing setups would continue to run. Guess I need launcher pro? If so, can someone pm me a link?

Hi all,
I coded my bmw x5 f15 before (read 2 years ago) so have the cable and the esys software installed (probably old version).
Today it went in for maintenance with the new updated software of course overwriting my codes.
Can anyone guide me to recode my car? I read something about new tokens / new software?.
Any feedback is highly appreciated.

Launcher PRO 3.x requires Web Login, which only the Developer, TM, can provide.

I am in the same situation only I don't even have the old software anymore (new laptop), sold the old x5 and bought a 2018. any help would be appreciated.

Hi all, is there a way to increase the delay for the key fob-operated trunk release? I've had several occasions where a neighbour has knocked on the door to tell me my X5's trunk is open. I must be catching the button on my key fob. I'd like to keep the function (i.e. not disable entirely through coding), but increase the delay so it needs a longer push. Hopefully I can simply change a werte value somewhere. Any pointers gratefully received

I am trying to change the lightings in myX5 X40e, i am able to dig down to GROUP_0_FARBE_ENSEMBLE_1 section but i don't see options to change the color(i mean i dont know the werte values to colors) - Any suggestions or any links that can lead me to that point.

Hi All,

Working on my X5M and made sure the following were set to aktiv:
KOMFORTOEFFNUNG_FB
KOMFORTSCHLIESSUNG_FB (needed for side mirrors)
KOMFORTSCHLIESSUNG_PA (needed for side mirrors)
KOMFORTOEFFNUNG
KOMFORTSCHLIESSUNG
ASP_BEIKLAPPEN_BEI_KOMFORTSCHLIESSEN
ASP_AUSKLAPPEN_NACH_KOMFORTSCHLIESSEN

Problem I'm having is that when I go into KOMFORT_SCHLIESSEN and change the wert value from 0F to 00, my alarm goes off while the mirrors are folding. Changed it back back to 0F and it works perfectly. Any ideas?

Check the cheat sheet on the first page, there is info and there are 12 colors to choose from. You need to code floor,dash and doors separately.

If you have newer firmware, then changing not possible anymore.

I am using Bimmercode and I cannot access that ECU (front and side camera one) with the app which was verified by the admins there - they do not have access to that ECU at this time.

Not sure what you are using, but it should be possible if you can get access to that ECU.

Also, if you're having issues with Phone 2 not showing up, try this: "Options-scroll down-Configure bluetooth, and tick Telephone 2 and Office. You can then assign the 1 or 2 to each paired telephone."

For anyone who loses their OFFICE menu in your iDrive, go to HU_NBT / MACRO_PIM / make sure it is set to aktiv. @abhiku's for some reason got deactivated (not sure what happened or how), but it needs to be aktiv for the OFFICE menu to show.

If for some reason, your OFFICE is having issues, make sure all the ones in HU_NBT below are set to aktiv - this will give you the full functionality to make your OFFICE (6NS) to work correctly:

I still can not get email or texts to appear. Followed the above with bimmercode and office now shows up. removed current bluetood devices and paired again. still not getting anything delivered to the car via office
