Android Snap In Adapter for Samsung S7 Edge?

I have a '14 X5 xDrive 50i that has the snap in adapter capability installed in the center console, but it has a delete plate currently installed. Looking through the BMWUSA catalog, it only shows compatibility up to the Samsung S2 (which was new in 2014).

I'm hunting for an adapter that will fit my Samsung S7 Edge. Any suggestions?

There is an universal snap in adapter for wireless charging.

I was hoping for a micro USB option to pair with my ConnectedDrive subscription. However, it's good to know that there is a wireless option, and I'll definitely take a look at it!

Just found this for the 2016-2017 X5. Is it also compatible with my 2014?
