I debadged mine first day I got it, I used some waxed dental floss and cleaned the residue with 3M adhesive remover.

I was able to do this last night and it was a very simple install. Looks 10x better than stock. Thank you for posting.

The red button was super easy to install. I used the stickie method. I have a video showing how it was done.

The Small M emblems in black turned out pretty good. As for the rear badge, it was longer than the OEM X5 badge. Not sure if I like it or not... but its on the car for the time being.

Lastly, the M puddle lights. Cause why not?

Looks good! Just bought the red button upon seeing how easy it is to install. Can't wait.

Me too. I put it on yesterday. The only problem was the temperatures were low so the tacky putty wasn't pulling the button off. I had to warm up the putty with my palms by rolling it and then smushing the ball onto the button. Finally it came out.

ha, that's great! Mine just arrived today. I'm going to take delivery of the car on the 26th and I may just leave the red button at home and install after I road trip back. I don't know if they'll allow me with the puddy on the plane - afraid TSA will think it's some kind of explosive and confiscate my mod and then I have to re-buy it haha.
