Fan Motor Whine
Seems to be getting louder. Turn the fan off and of course the noise goes away.
Do all X5s do this or should I take it in? |

I have a very faint whine. It's not noticable while driving, only while sitting stationary. It's not bad enough for the dealer to do anything about it, either. If yours has gotten louder and is bothering you, have the dealer check it out. It doesn't cost you a thing.
