Air Vent Dial Mod

Guys, I just did a small useless mod but to complete the unfinished assembly job by BMW.
I did a little mod to illuminate my side Air Vent dials which it wasn't illuminated unless if you have 4-zone climate or the 50i.

After some research and testing, I finally got the correct SMD LED color and resistor value.
Here is the picture of my dials now. Now the car is the way it supposed to be.

Nicely done! How hard is it to pop off the vents? 10 min job?

@MattBianco, uhm, I don't think that is possible.

cenix, popping off the vent is easy.
But overall job, should take about 30 minutes.

I will make the DIY sometime next week. I documented everything already.

Now if we can get a light in the front ashtray, cup holders, and inside of the armrest.
