Help me understand BMW instructions for Hitch Install
Please help me understand these instructions:
(these are the instructions for the "Rear Transport System Retrofit".) They appear to refer to other instructions for how to, for example, remove the bumper trim. These instructions (I'm guessing) are called "ISTA 51 12 156", am I right about this? when I asked my dealer for these instructions, they couldn't give me anything. Can anyone help?

So, should my dealer be able to get ahold of the document from the software so that I can get instructions for how to remove my bumper cover?
