How much of a rise are you guys running on tow hitch ball on the x5 f15? I plan on towing a 4500lb boat.
Thanks ahead of time.

Depends on what the heigh of the boat trailer coupler is when the trailer is level.
I have a 2 5/16" and a 2" ball on a 3" rise as well as a 2" on a 1" rise. |

Do not have airbags. The boat weighs 4500lbs with trailer. I believe its 500lbs tongue weight.

This ^ depends on height of the coupler on the trailer. If you call the trailer manufacturer they can tell you how high your ball needs to be. Also depends on what trailer hitch you have on your X5. Not all hitches place the ball at the same height.
