Edit: Actually never mind.. it looks like the F15 would be harder since there's sensors and the tow bar cover in the way. |

I've never actually understood wrapping this portion of the bumper, though I've seen a fair number of X5M's with this portion of the bumper wrapped. |

Ohio Gray
4 weeks with the car, 5th time now I have washed and detailed the interior #boredom. Interesting find that the interior has really soaked up leather treat and other protectant. The car only has 45K miles for a 2014 and was a FL car - well maintained but inferring it was not detailed on a regular basis. Coming from a 2012 X5, I love the every inch of the interior, love the clean msport lines; hate the steering but will get used to it. Is it me or is the rear end of the car (above the rear tire wheel well) sized disproportional to the car - same with the roof line spoiler that slopes down rather than flat (unlike the e70). Stay safe and healthy out there. Last edited by BleuDawg; 04-09-2020 at 07:41 AM.. |

Summer setup installed today.
I may have gotten some of the last 21" MPSS, at least in the PNW? 2 days after I ordered them, they're no longer listed on Discount's website. |

Thule Hitch-mounted Ski Rack
Finally had a chance to post these pics of the Thule ski rack that we bought to attach to our old Thule bike rack. We used it for a road trip to Mont Tremblant in February. It was a cheaper solution than getting a roof rack for this leased vehicle. And the X5 is not big enough to put three pairs of skis inside with 5 people and all the other luggage. The external Thule ski rack worked fine and we wrapped the skis so that they would not collect road grime since this is more prevalent than being on the roof.
